The Acheson Realty/Sugar Creek sales team will work with you to design your home with the experienced builders currently approved by the Village architectural committee. The sale team can also assist you in submitting your plans and your proposed builder to the architectural committee for approval.

Fett Builders have been selected by the developers at Sugar Creek to construct all the condominiums in The Woodlands area of the Village. Bob and Dave Fett specialize in new construction and build approximately 20 homes each year in the Bluffton/Findlay area. With over 20 years experience in quality construction, they do primarily residential work in all price ranges along with some light commercial. Approximately 75 percent of their recent business has been building spec homes in several new developments in the Findlay market.
The condominiums at Sugar Creek feature open floor plans, outside living spaces and combination brick and siding exteriors. With two condos per unit, these maintenance-free homes are coordinated to blend with each other and the natural surroundings of the area. Samples of earthtone color options for brick and siding are available at the Village at Sugar Creek office at the golf course.

Julia and Bob Hare have purchased 20 homesites in the Fairway View section overlooking the fourth green, fifth tee and seventh and eighth fairways at Sugar Creek. Their interest is in creating not just new homes but a neighborhood that enhances the relaxed, golf community lifestyle custom homes with open floor plans, outdoor living spaces and glass across the back to focus on golf course views.
